This hotel offers a great selection of breakfast treats, features nicely decorated and stylish rooms, and includes spacious bathrooms equipped with modern showers.

The hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a quiet area, very close to the nearby town centre pubs by night, and Kenmare at a very reasonable price. The food was freshly made, with variety of options.

Perfect location. Walking distance into Kenmare town. Patricia and John were fantastic hosts. They made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was fabulous and Patricia would go out of her way to ensure you were okay. Pancakes are a must!!

This b and b has it all!! Brilliant location and fantastic hosts. Very nice comfortable ensuite room and you could make tea or coffee at any stage in the kitchen. Patricia works very hard to ensure your have a wonderful stay. She is very friendly too

The room was really cozy, and the bed was spacious. All the staff were attentive and helpful. The location couldn't have been better-it's close to plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. 😊.

I stayed for 1 day and would stay here again without hesitation. The place is immaculately clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel's location is fantastic, being close to the town center's pubs and the beautiful Beare peninsula.

I had a great vacation stay with friendly and helpful staff, and enjoyed delicious breakfasts made with fresh eggs from Patricia's chickens.
